My good friend GolfGMA has suggested that I use a Spark challenge for my next goal. I got a lot of good ideas from my friends here. Since I already love my 5% challenge. I'll track how I do on the two Living the Good Life things we have each week so it will rotate a little. Right now we are tracking all our food and eating up to 7 Freggies.
Right now it's only 3:30 here and so far I have had 2 servings of Strawberries in my cereal this morning, 1 serving of Thai Cabbage noodles and Tracked my breakfast and lunch yet and I had a great walk on the Bay. Still deciding on dinner.
