Leaving Weight Watchers

I'm not sure if I'm making the right decision, but after 18 years of Weight Watchers , I'm going to take some time off. It's a great program and when I first started I lost weight, but now I just can't seem to get "in the groove". Combine that with menopause ( which my leader says has nothing to do with it ) and I'm very discouraged,,,,,my question to anyone reading this is, "what now" ? I feel like I need a new program or I will go "hog wild" ( pardon the pun). So, if anyone has any suggestions, I'm open.....what works for you guys ?
