Every Saturday my husband and I go to a local breakfast resturant then I walk home from there 3.3 miles and heads off to play softball. I also then drove halfway to the supermarket and parked the car amile and ahlf from the supermarket and walked the rest of the way and then back to the car lugging my groceries in a backpack. giving me a total of 90 mintes of walking time. I had to get more fruit for our fruit salad tomorrow morning that we eat with home made bread.
This was a great day for the 5% to switch to a Living the good life (LTGL) activity to eating a good breakfast. I've been a member of Spark long enough to know that eating a good breakfast is important. I had a breakfast quesdilla which has mushrooms, Tomatoes, Guacamole, Pico de Gallo a whole wheat tortilla and two scrambled eggs with minimal cheese. We get 10 points a day for eating a healthy breakfast and we still have to track freggies. So I had a portion of mushrooms, a portion of tomatoes, a portion of avocado. I had an apple and a sandwich with lettuce, onion slices and tomatoes for lunch. I think I have the freggies covered but we are going to a greek restaurant with friends tonight which will help too/
