Good morning world

It is totally amazing that changing the type of system being used that my blood sugars (bs) can be so perfect. I had the training for the Omnipod yesterday and since activating the unit my bs have been great. There are alot of steps involved but it's not that hard to use. The more I work with it the easier it will be.
I am so very excited about this time in my life. I have grown closers to God in the last couple of months and He is working on me to control my attitude. So great.
My son Sam was deployed again and will be gone for about 3 months this time. I sent some things to my granddaughter for her birthday, and sent a handwritten note to all of the kids and to Pam. ( lol to have to say handwritten...what a hoot.)
Billy and Sonya are doing well even with the increased stress of the problem with the grandkids.
He has some tests coming up and he will keep me up to date.
Danny has finally gotten started on his disability claim. He has severe scoliosis and is in constant pain. I hope things move along quickly for him.
My husband's lung disease is progressing and getting worse. He still smokes even though he can't breathe.
Life moves on. I'll write again next week. I hope everyone has a good Halloween and don't eat to much candy.
