Health and Fitness Goals for November

Ha ha! On time this month!

Anyway, my goals for last month were
* Run the Zombies, Run! Virtual Race.
* Get off the computer by 9:30 pm on work nights.

How did I do? I finished the ZR VR and even managed it on the day I'd selected, huzzah! I walked a little bit, but that was more to do with adjusting to the constant pace I'd set. One of these days I will be able to run in a place where the GPS works. I hope. It'll be interesting to see the pace differences.

I did rather well with getting off the computer. The automatic shutdown is a surprisingly effective motivator. Unfortunately, the last couple of nights were thrown off by scheduling conflicts, and it looks like tonight will be the same, but it's still more progress than I've had at that all year, so I'm pretty pleased.

This month is NaNoWriMo, which will be where most of my focus goes. I'm still setting a couple of goals, though:
* Run two SP Virtual Races.
* Get to bed on time at least 80% of the nights this month.
* Start tracking food again.

Yup, I'm trying to get myself tracking again. After work and weekends seem to be where I stumble, so I'll try to pay more attention to them. I'm still going to track on MFP instead of SP, alas. I like their interface and database better. I wish I could sync the information here, or even sync it from FitBit to here, so I could get the SparkPoints and use the reports, but copying the information over just has too much overhead.

That should be enough for this month.
