Tips and Tricks # 2

I have chosen to make my workplace a no sweet, no treat, no junk food environment. This makes sense when I think logically about it. I do not have the time to really savor the treat at work. The holidays are approaching and I need to plan indulgences. Not at work. At work I will bring healthy foods. When it is my turn for the staff breakfast I usually bring in fresh fruit. Surprisingly, when I brought in fresh fruit the first time I anticipated I would bring most of it home! At the end of the day it was gone! My colleagues liked it!
