My company's fitness Center is running a Maintain Don't Gain challenge. It started last week and I go in to get weighed and measured. Lost 1/2 pound this week and got a raffle ticket. I also started strength training as my goal. Sparkpeople has some bench exercises that I can do on my daily walk MWF. I did them on Monday and Oh boy my inner thighs are killing me. Do you wait to do them again until you stop hurting?
Anyway, My son, Jeff and his wife Kelly are taking me to the Thor movie tonight for my birthday on Friday. Thor is my favorite Superhero. Tomorrow I will have the family over for Thanksgiving. It will be 11 of us. I have my recipes and I'll start them today. Appetizers, soup, stuffing and green veggie are my responsibilities. My Son, Greg, will do the Turkey, Gravy and mashed potatoes. Kelly will bring her tofurky and braised greens. Great healthy dinner. My Brother in law and nephew will bring pie and beverages. It is a great week!
