Summertime Challenge June 25 - July 8

Week one results:

Weight 124 - up three pounds from last Sunday. Most likely due to the arrival of Mother Nature. I'm not too worried about it.
Water :6/7 days
Calories - 4/7 days I was within range. Fruit & veggies: 6/7 (the weird thing is, the first day was my only bad day)
Cardio: 180 minutes - short 60
Strength: 3/7 days I did my little routine
Overall feeling: satisfactory

Week two results:

Weight 121.5 back to "normal"
Water : 7/7 days
Calories - 6/7 days I was within range. Fruit & veggies: 7/7
Cardio: 4 hours 36 minutes (GOAL+)
Strength: 2/7 days should have been more but my elbow was not willing.
Overall feeling: very good
