Fed Up

Back again. And fed up with the way I’ve been treating my body. So here’s to starting over, with baby steps. I’ve started tracking my food again. That’s always an eye opener. I never feel like I’m actually eating that much until I log it. I’m planning to log my food and get at least 30 minutes of cardio in 5 out of the next 7 days. Again, baby steps. I’ve been here before and know what to do. Happy Sunday y’all! Today’s weight - 310.8 Goal for 12/3 - 309
