I've been using intuitive eating for some time which means for me that I might skip lunch because I'm not hungry or just grab a Kirkland nut bar at 3:00 and then go home to dinner. Because of this when I run my "Daily Nutrition Feedback Report" Sparkpeople admonishes me for going below my calorie threshold and sometimes I end up below some of the thresholds for Calcium or protein or something. So yesterday I used "Spark Premium" perks to email a coach. They agreed that my calorie threshold seemed a little high so today I adjusted it by 100 calories on either end. I may adjust it some more if necessary.
