Health and Fitness Goals for December

It's that time again!

My goals for last month:
* Run two SP Virtual Races.
* Get to bed on time at least 80% of the nights this month.
* Start tracking food again.

How'd I do?

I ran the second of the two races last night (which reminds me, I need to log my time), so that one is down.

I made about 82% of the nights in the month, so that one is down, too.

Once again, I started off strong on the tracking and then fell down over a weekend and never recovered. I expect I'll try tracking again in the future, but I'm going to set that aside again for now.

Which leads me to December. This is a difficult month for me, health and fitness-wise. There's the holidays, and the related food, of course, but I've also switched to the Fitness Centre at work and I won't be in for a stretch this month because I have time off.

So what to do for goals?
* Run on VR (since I'm already signed up)
* Maintain

I think the big one is maintaining, both weight and fitness level (to the best of my ability). I'm not going to try to add anything new, but I'm going to do my best not to lose ground over the holidays. I think that's about all I can commit to.
