I love the 5% challenges, I lost 55 lbs and have kept them off just because of these wonderful challenges The next one will be the 5% Winter Challenge and it will start in January. They are an 8-wk challenge and you post your exercise minutes and starting weight and get to do healthy activities called Living the Good Life points. I've been a member of the Teddy Bear team for a long time. The teams compete and get bonus points if they come in 1,2 or 3 for the week
