I'm baaaaaaack ...... gearing up for entering the new year ..... 2018 on the horizon

352 day streak of gging in and spinning the wheel for spark points.
340 days of tracking food and water.
Sounds great doesn't it?
But is it great? Not really. Oh yes, it is very good that I am still tracking every day and there is a little pride in me that I still do it no matter what but the problem is that it is about all I've done in many months.
Oh, I start the day off with a plan and the desire to work the plan all day but by the end of the day I see all the little cheats .... the nibbling, the cheating, the cookie, the candy, well you get the idea.
It has consistently been in my head that it is time to recommit and get moving again. I know that it is just crazy to be serious right now, just days away from Christmas so I am aiming for Dec 26. That's what I did last year and it worked for me for a good long while. I have regained about 10 lbs and grateful that it is only 10 lbs. It's ok and no beating myself up about it. What's done is done.
So the plan is to recommit to cutting carbs and becoming more active on SP again and reconnecting with my SP friends. Isn't it great that we always have the option to try try again?
