2018 goals

It's time to get back into healthy habits, especially given my extensive travel. During 2018 I plan to get better about yoga and ST even when in hotel rooms or my camper; track my food and stay in range; focus on more freggies; and reduce the days I have more than 1 glass of wine.

I am going to make a calendar commitment to review my goals the first of every month and to make a more specific set of goals for that month.

My commitments for January 2018:
1) track food and keep within range at least 5 days/wk
2) cardio at least 5 hrs/week
3) yoga and ST at least 90 min each/wk
4) whole 30: I will try my best to have NO added sugar, grains and dairy for the entire month; I will allow limited legumes (no more than 3x/week) and limited wine (no more than 7x/week)

I did very well in January - lost about 6# and added in meditation on top of everything else!

Now my goals for February:
1) track food and keep within range at least 5 days/wk
2) cardio at least 5 hrs/week
3) yoga and ST at least 40 min each/wk (I have dropped them down as it's harder to do from the camper)
4) add in meditation officially - at least 4x a week (I have been doing it 7x but in the confined camper will be harder)
4) Modified whole 30: I will allow legumes (I don't eat much anyway); and each week I will allow at most 2 servings of: sweets, whole grains and dairy - AND log how it feels afterward; I will continue limited wine (no more than 7x/week)
