My focus is now blood sugar control. I have trouble with the tracker - it would just be easier for me to write calories and carbs / sugar on a piece of paper.
When I track blood sugar levels consistently three times a day - it helps.
I had a scare Thursday....I went to the ER for a possible TIA.
I spent 24 hrs. in the ER because it was so busy. Better safe.
My oldest sister was diagnosed with vascular dementia a few months ago, which is caused my strokes. That makes 3 out of 4 siblings having had strokes.
Anyway, I need to log that blood sugar reading 3x a day. I'm, also, considering joining
an "in person" weight loss group(s) in January.
