2018 Reset

Reality check. Through the weight loss doctor I dropped 46lbs last year. But, I have not been to the weight loss doctor in about 3 months now and I've gained 19lbs back! It's time to get serious. It's time to reset my goals, my habits. I have an appointment with the doctor on the 9th. Until then I'm going low carb to see if I can start the weight loss and resetting my body's metabolism a bit.
