2018 GOALS

Its January and time to set some new Goals for 2018 -
1. Walk at least 1 mile every day - Be intentional. Walk after eating a quick lunch, take a quick walk before bed. 1 mile is easy. Just get it done!
2. Log food every day for the month of January. Hit protein goal of at least 133 grams per day.
3. Limit eating out Monday thru Friday for the month of January to only once a week. Plan ahead and know what you will eat the night before.
4. Stick to your Stair Climb and 1/4 Marathon training plan.
5. Workout at least 30 mins 4 times a week - this includes running, boxing, bootcamp, or DVDs at home.NO EXCUSES to get it done!
6. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night. Set a schedule a stick to it!
