What a rough last few months. My daughter made it back from India 2 weeks go. Glad to have her home. My ankle injury back in July, ended up being a torn ATFL. I had to do a couple of months of physical therapy. Wish I would have gone to the doctor faster. Finally gave in and went in September. It is finally getting stronger now. We had a good fall season of Girls on the Run, I couldn't run much with them this time but it was still a great time!
My 2018 goals will be family based. I started a partime second job in Novemeber. Which has led me to getting lazy on cooking healthy meals. So this will be a priority. Making sure my girls are staying active will be a goal as well. My husband is actually interested in a healthier lifestyle as well. This is a first and I am really excited about it. It will be harder for him, he works 11 hours a day behind a desk and is exhausted by the time he gets home.
Personal goals for myself, is going to be getting my running stamina back.
