New Year, New You

2017 was a good year for my fitness goals. I lost 8% of my weight and was able to drop to my first goal weight.
This year my goals include
1) Staying healthy (we've been sick a LOT since Nov).
2) Being consistent with my exercising especially during these winter months. I've dropped off significantly. Some weeks have been cardio/strength training only once. I need to do something at least 3x per week.
3) Concentrate on other non-weight goals like sleeping (7+ hours) and 5x eating freggies.
It's my 9th Sparkversary this month. I'd like to reach some significant goals this year before I get to #10. Maybe running a full 5K this year will be in my sights...
