New Chapter

Okay, so I am back again. No excuses, just life, it happens. I closed the door on the last chapters of my life, time to start a new one. The best thing to do is to jump right back into it. I am recovered from my foot surgery, so I am hoping to start my walking program again. the weight I gained is a total bummer, but easily fixed. I will have a bit of a distraction going into this. My 13 year old will be having bilateral leg surgery next week with both legs in a cast for 2 months, While it will require more of my time and energy to care for him, at least when I take my daughter to school I can sneak in a quick 30 walk.

I am looking forward to this new journey
