I got my boot to the gym and to the grocery store.
5min on the Stair Monster (got to work my way up!)
45min Elliptical machine
Kettlebell Strength training. (Arms)
I hit my 12k step goal and 7 flights of stairs (hope my knees won't hurt too bad tomorrow.
Plan for tomorrow?
Spin class or Treadmill
Resistance band strength training (Legs)
Have to be down to 163 by July 4th. There is time. I can do this!
