Yo yo no more!!?

Well after years and years it is time to stop this up and down...I started again for the last time on Tuesday January 2nd 2018....@253 pounds... I will be 40 on November 10th..so let's see how much I can lose by then!!! I have a 2 year gym membership to 24 Hour Fitness and the youngest 2 are enrolled in the kids club so no excuses!!! No more babies either. My 15 year old daughter and I have started to go in the mornings around 0430 and we go as a family some evenings...2x a day will help that weight melt off I hope!! ...I will weigh in next Tuesday to see my progress...
