Healthy Habits make weight loss. Scales don’t. Stop looking at the scale and start looking at each choice you make. Each one makes a difference.

I’ve said for the past several years that it’s more about what’s in your mind than what’s on the end of your fork. That’s what I’ve discovered on my journey, at least.

Make up a list of healthy habits that seem sustainable to you and try to incorporate a few, like maybe two or three at a time, into your journey. Concentrating on the healthy habits creates way more weight loss than trying to just create weight loss. Just trying to lose weight is frustrating at best. It leads to yo- yo dieting and dissatisfaction and a diet mentality. Healthy habits, on the other hand, make you feel positive, successful and lead to better health and weight loss.

You have to change your life to change your weight, not the other way around. ~indygirl
