Wow. I am back. It has been awhile. When i stopped using sparklepeople it was 2009 to 2011. I have been away using other tools. I am going to try this again. I am half way to the goal weight i set when i restarted started new on sunday 9/18/2011. I have changed my goal weight. I think i need to weigh less. STILL...need to lose about 40 bs. Now. I am still a retired insurance, risk management, safety professional. I still live in the san antonio texas area. But my husband of 22 years died last March 28, 2017. Prior to that, lost my dad january 2016...at age 90.5 yrs. looking forward to losing weight to improve my life. I have remarried. He is much younger. I got a fitbit in 12/2015. i have logged over 3 million lifetime miles. Being older and losing weight caused sagging skin on neck and thighs . YIKES! NOW I understand why people want cosmetic surgery. Haha. Even if i walk 10000 plus steps a day, this just gets worse. I believe i will need to add planking, wall sitting and floor exercises to keep the tone in my older skin and muscles. I dont have cellulite, i have loss of skin elasticity. Sigh. I like using nutrition and meal trackers. Generally dont have problem with water intake. I carry around a 24 oz Tervis Tumbler. Food logging helps me stay on track. So, off we go again. 40 lbs lighter than when i first started this plan in 2009 or 2010. But with 40 to 50 lbs to go. (Still!) I have tried aerial yoga in 2016. I loved it. But...i takes a lot of upper body strength. I need to be able to do pull ups toreally do the aerial yoga....or just go back and do the beginner course over and over again! I have added new photos. Let's do this!
