SMART Goals for BLC 36

I could just save myself some time and link to my last blog but that seems lazy, even for me. LOL

Nutritionally, I'm working towards reducing sugar to less than 85 grams per day. Tough when you love fruit and chocolate like I do but it's starting to feel necessary. By the end of the round, it should be second nature to make lower sugar choices.
Physically, I have a goal to do ten (non-modified) pushups by the end of January, 10 pull ups by the end of February and complete a Spartan in August. (yes, I know that's out of range)
Emotionally, I'd like to walk away from nail biting and binge eating when I'm stressed. I am giving myself the whole "season" of this BLC to do that.
