Noted Life Improvements

Besides losing weight, here are additional things that I note have improved in my life since starting on the SparkPeople program:
Dropped 2 bra sizes.
Able to wear blouses and jackets that used to be too small for me.
My posture has improved with head up and shoulders back.
Feel good about getting out of bed in the morning.
Look forward to each day.
I have a renewed interest in food and in cooking.
It's easier to put my shoes on now that my belly is smaller.
My toes don't hurt when I power walk now because my weight is oriented differently. It falls more onto my foot instead of my toes.
I'm loving drinking water.
My stomach feels flat again. My arms feel thin again.
I feel lighter on my feet - there is more pep in my step.
My face looks more thin - more like the former me!
