2 weeks In

Well when I wake up in the morning I will be 2 weeks into my weight loss journey.....my daughter and I are doing it together (she is 15). We have gone everyday since the 2nd of January to workout and we also are doing a morning and evening workout 3 times a week! The scale hasn't moved as much as I wanted it to considering I have so much to lose.. which is depressing.. but the way I feel is amazing ...removing The crap foods has given me so much energy and going from 253 to 246 in 2 weeks isn't bad.sooo wish me luck in busting through and getting to 10 pounds down by my 4th week!!!
