The new mini-book motivated me to get out

I've managed to track most of my calories and walking for the past week and I've done weight training something like 5 out of 8 days. Not too bad a restart.
This morning I was sitting at the computer looking out the window at how wet everything seemed and thinking "Maybe I won't go out for a walk this morning and just walk in the house." So I opened and started reading the new mini-book.
I didn't finish two pages before I shut it down and started gathering my things to get out the door before sunrise. That's a three-day streak for sunrise walks. I also added a new walk along the waterfront of a nearby town yesterday. All-in-all, I seem to be getting back into the swing of things.
