Challenge Journals - Day 1

I joined a few weekly challenges yesterday. Part of each challenge is to journal or write down my daily goals. I did on paper yesterday, but decided to Blog my daily goals. I'm not good at blogging, but will strive to improve.
Daily Fitness Goals:
Go for a walk today
Reach my 10,000 step goal
Do 15 minutes of strength training
Daily Nutrition Goal:
Stay within my Carb range
Plan my meals today and for tomorrow
Eat my veges!
No Soda (easy one)
Stay away from snacking that's not planned
Daily Goal Challenge:
Set my goals for today (all work goals today)
