2018!!!!

It has been forever since ive been on here which is my own fault. I went back to eating bad, not working out, and being a lazy blob. I now have a gym membership with planet fitness and I got 2-3 times a week. My food habits arnt the best but I am improving daily. I eat a lot more veggies, smaller portions, more protein, less carbs. But I still struggle with over eating occasionally, or falling back into old habits with fast food. Sweets used to be my problem but it hasn't been such a problem so far. I have learned to like ice cream so that I can eat halo top, that and I get a tiny tootsie roll after every workout which has surprisingly helped a lot.

Personal life is going a lot better too. My job is stressful but getting better I think. finances are all sorts of screwed up but im working on that so soon I wont have that stress. My relationship isn't the best but its improving. still not sure if its something I should stay in but only time will tell.
