Just started a job today, no time for workouts :(

Originally I planned to go workout after work, but I got stuck in traffic jam for an hour
So tired after standing for an hour in the bus.
I think I need to find ways to workout at home, the gym closes at 10 & if like today, I return home late, I'd have no time to go to gym after making dinner. sigh
It's best to do some type of workouts at home, I'd need to do some research on the internet, any suggestions? Hugs
