Just started a job today, no time for workouts :(

Originally I planned to go workout after work, but I got stuck in traffic jam for an hour emoticon So tired after standing for an hour in the bus.

I think I need to find ways to workout at home, the gym closes at 10 & if like today, I return home late, I'd have no time to go to gym after making dinner. sigh

It's best to do some type of workouts at home, I'd need to do some research on the internet, any suggestions? Hugs

    I have done both chair and walking exercises on Spark TV, they are good for you and easy to track!

    I like the challenges with the 8 - 10 min workouts. You can do 2 of these after work or one in the morning.

    I've never used it but spark has some walking videos, you might try looking into that. Good luck!

    For me I have 3 rooms with TVs and I walk around the house some evenings and actually gotten in 5000 steps. There is always some type of simple exercise we can do, we just can't see the tree through the forest.

    Make time to do some type of fitness --- even chair exercises if necessary. There are lots of Spark videos as well.
