I totally forgot to post Day 4 and Day 5 but eating has been about the same.

Today breakfast was the last of the fruit salad with half a banana added to it. I need to make another one.

I am going to add 1T organic apple cider vinegar to my morning. It is recommended to add to a glass of water which is hard for me so I mix 1T ACV, 1t honey and just a little water as it is easier for me to take. This is supposed to help with the gout.

Since I had the gout attack I have not had any chocolate. I like a small kisses a day but have not had any since 1/11.

I am drinking lots of water; I think my glass holds about 1 1/2 cups and I drink at least 4 in the morning.

When I went to the store I made a list of where to look for cherries. When we go to the big city they have them at the store, but not here. So my plan was to look for dried and frozen also. I missed finding any dried fruit and I only saw frozen juice, none cherry.

    If you can get to a Sam's Club--they sell frozen cherries. I have heard that blueberries also help with gout. Sam's Club has them too. Blueberries are easier to find and around me much less expensive.

    Cherry juice is very expensive. I sometimes buy it.
