2 Week Diet-- Day 2

Well today I get to add back in some protein for lunch and dinner. I made a Detox Veggie Soup ( www.theglowingfridge.com
). I would use some Better Than Bouillon vegetable soup base next time or omit the 2 cups of water and use all veggie stock because I found it to be watery. I also added 4oz cooked shrimp in for lunch. I know turmeric, cinnamon and cayenne are all superfoods, but they were quite adventuresome in a soup for me.
I got great sleep last night, am not feeling terribly famished and am looking forward to some Unstuffed Cabbage ( www.musely.com/t
) for dinner.
Aaannnd... I was out of tomato sauce and it was snowing. Plan B. Ground Beef with Broccoli. I used low sodium soy sauce instead of oyster sauce and cut down the amount to 3T. I used a bit of stevia instead of honey and I used a T of whole wheat flour to thicken the sauce. Shhh... that's cheating. ( www.fivehearthom
