January progress on my 2018 Goals

I'm going to review monthly and see how I'm doing.

1) Reach and maintain my “fighting weight.” I consider myself a Lightweight which is the range 130-135 pounds. On January 1, my weight was 135.6. On January 31, my weight was 134.4. I maintained my fighting weight 30 out of 31 days. Here’s the chart:



2) Walk 5,000,000 steps. I’m on track to exceed that goal. I need to average about 13,700 steps per day. I averaged over 14,651. Here’s the chart:





3) Strength training 2-3 times a week. I’m just doing the minimum here. I manage short routine 2-3 times a week. I haven’t made this a priority.

4) Organize my photos, emails and paperwork. I’m making progress here. My biggest success was sorting and filing my 2017 work emails – critical for my job. I’ve got a plan to keep up with things monthly. I invest an hour or so a few evenings a week to organize my photos. This weekend I’m planning to organize my desk at home.

I’m still putting off my plan to take another class as I’m involved with a huge project at work that is taking a lot of my time. I’m not adding any new goals right now.
