Working out is hard!

So yesterday I finally worked out for the first time since May. Yes, you read that right, May.
It was hard. I barely made it halfway through a 30 minute workout. I felt like I was dying. Sweat was dripping off me. I felt like I was going to throw up. I was shaking.
It was HARD!
But, it can only get better from here. A little more strength will come every time I work out. Someday what I did yesterday will be my warm up.
In the meantime, I'll continue to work hard, drip sweat and push myself. I'm ready for this. It won't be easy but it will be worth it.
