I woke up Monday morning not feeling well. By that afternoon I was running a fever, had body aches and felt like absolute crap. I spent the rest of the week laying on my couch watching television and sleeping. It was frustrating because the weather was decent and I could have gotten some runs in after work, but I felt too bad to do anything. My fever broke on Wednesday night and I finally went back to work yesterday. I feel so much better now, but I still have a lot of chest and head congestion. I know that working out won't be possible because I am constantly coughing. Today I am going back to eating healthy. No more comfort food. Though I didn't gain anything this week, I just didn't lose anything. I plan to continue to rest this weekend and hopefully I will be back to normal next week.
