I know "how to" lose this weight. I have done it before. Why haven't I been able to lose the weight then? The missing component is not desire or knowledge but action. I have to stop making excuses. I have to let go of the disappointment and move forward. It's a new day, a new chance for change.
Motivation and willpower are fleeting. I have to continually remind myself why I want this? I have to choose the life I want.
