Plateau Reminder

So I'm going to remind myself that plateau's happen and they suck!! I need to continue to work through it!! I want to scream...2-3 hours of cardio a day..how can my body continue to hold on to the darn weight...I'm 236 pounds...I can see why if I were 100 pounds lighter but darn it!! I'm working so hard!! It isn't fair....seeing all the tiny people at the gym..why?? That is the one thing that I hate most...all the skinny people in their cute workout clothes and I look like Shamu over here ...sweating, and pushing myself and still my stupid body has to hold on..like darn let that nasty fat go..I just need to remember..not trying to offend anyone..I want to smash the mirror Everytime I see myself..disgusting pig is all I see...why did I do that to myself Why!!

    I hit plenty of plateaus. I've kept off 100 pounds, and never thought I'd take it off in the first place. Just stick with your healthy lifestyle and try not to make it all about the weight.

    The fact that you're even in the gym is a feat to be proud of! Try muscle building instead of too much cardio, more muscle means more fat burning! :) You're doing amazing. I'm right there with you sometimes though. I know how hard it is to be the biggest person in the room. Feeling like you're not even in the running when it comes to aesthetics. But just remember, that it's only temporary. Today's pain is tomorrow's strength! Don't give up and think of how far you've already come. We're all here for you to cheer you on!

    First off..you are needlesy killing yourself at the gym. Reassess your daily diet...ditch all the nunk and processed food..even portion controlled...because that stuff does affect your body. Weight loss and getting healthy is a lot more than calories in and calories out
