Keto? LCHF Doesn't work for everyone?

I'd love to hear your experiences. Low Carb, High fat just seemed to make so much sense. I could wrap my brain around the low carb... ya, that made sense. High fat was harder... but I still wanted to experience what the experts said and I finally think I have it.
However, in 3 weeks I have lost 1/2 a pound! I can't seem to get my calories up to 1250. In fact I'm satisfied with 750 to 900. I know it's not enough! But what do you do when you are not hungry.
My last post talks about my 21 day fast and how I lost 16 lbs. and here I am another 3 weeks and lost 1/2 a pound.
So.... 8 years ago I did it (got to goal), using sparkpeople nutritional suggestions. Which was a whole lot more whole grains, brown rice, fruit. I am seriously wondering if I need to go back to the basics! Not sure I can get to the 50% carbs but it might be worth looking into.
What works for you???
