So let's see, I am barely recovered from leg day and I can't lift my arms above chest chest level but I'm loving it. This is the definition of "hurts so good". Today was chest, back and abs, yet somehow it was also arms and kinda legs. I didn't mind the legs portion because it actually helped speed the recovery from yesterday but loosening up the muscles with some lighter cardio.
My arms and girl pecs are were already feeling sore by 2 hours post-workout so tomorrow will be fun getting dressed. Tomorrow is abs day so I need a stretcher- not because I'm hurt, because I won't have any muscle group that isn't sore.
