So I got a gym membership a week ago(Feb7).Went the first 2 days, overworked my legs 😂😂. Had to take off 3 days so my legs could recuperate. It Hurt so bad to go up and down the stairs in my home. Learned my lesson now I think. Went back on Tuesday, feels great to be back at the gym. Have a personal trainer this evening, hope he takes it easy on me 😅 or not 😂 either way works for me.
