I've made it's to day 6, technically it's like day 3 or 4, because I relapsed on a few of the first days, but whatever, what matters is I'm still AF.
POSTIVE NOTE: I actually woke up feeling quite chiper, was up by 7:30, before I had been sleeping in until 9 and not getting out of bed until 10 or 11. Then I cleaned up the house a bit and made some bacon and coffee for breakfast for everyone. Then I cleaned the house (500 sq meters, there's always a something that can be cleaned!!) for 30 minutes or so and swam with the dog in the pool for 30 min or so....it was nice. Rounded out the afternoon with a late Subway lunch.
Yesterday, I was really stressed out and annoyed, but hey at least I didn't have a drink. I power washed with my bf outside, it's really dusty here in VN too, so yeah always cleaning. Cleaning and swimming are currently what I'm doing for "cardio". It's not very intense, but usually I'm sweating when I'm cleaning. However that could be due to the 90 degree temps and humidty. I keep telling myself I'm sweating out the toxins. I feel less smelly too...lol.
I'm thinking about starting some aerobic or yoga classes close to where I'm living. However, it's Lunar New Year so most smaller business are closed until next Monday! I had not idea how long the holiday is, it's about a week. I've also been giving thought to working out in am empty room I have in the house that has a large built in bench, perfect for tricep dips and such.
Hope everyone is having a great Tuesday! I have a job interview tomorrow, I may be going to NZ for wine harvest, but doubtful, would rather stay in the VN with my boyfriend and dog or go back to USA soon. Cheers!!
