Day 7: Still going

The last 7 days have been a shift from my usual. Something "clicked" on last Sunday after I decided to choose a healthy breakfast while out to eat with my husband. Each time I ate a little better it got easier to make better choices. Now I am on the 7th day. I decided to weigh myself today. I am down 4.5 lbs for this first week. I am sure some of that is water weight, but it is a good motivator to keep going.
