4 AM - Let's Do It!

Nine weeks is not that long. Although it takes dedication and determination, a nine week diet and exercise plan is completely doable. If I can push myself to stay on track for nine weeks, I will be one step closer to making this my lifestyle and not just a crash diet. Yesterday I set up my exercise calendar and bought healthy food for the week. Then I went for a 2 mile walk at the park before getting back to my homework. It was a productive day.
This morning I got up at 4:00 and did my first workout. I was drenched in sweat and my legs are still jello, but it felt great to push myself. After my workout, I had a bowl of fruit and some coffee. Now I am ready to get ready and start my day.
