Just Like Starting Over

It's February of 2018. Still cold as heck outside, with the leftovers from a recent snowstorm still on the ground. In a past year I would have been depressed by this. This year is different, and all because in January I began going to the local gym and working out again, finally. Small, small changes, small, small workouts. But a big, big difference in how I feel, sleep, eat, and, really, live.
I'm going to try to blog every morning if I can make some time. It's part of an effort to be more accountable to myself and (if any of my SparkFriends are still out there!) to my SparkFriend community.
I'm going start wearing my FitBit every day again, as looking back over my last period of time here on SP, it seemed to be a good motivator for extra movement.
And I'm going to start recording my meals as much as possible. That means more recipes, yay! (Because my husband -- who is on his own fitness journey -- keeps coming up with new and delicious ways for us to eat healthy, and I need to add them to Spark in order to count them!)
