Injured and waiting seems like torture

So I have been at this for almost five weeks now. I had been having some pain in my left leg when I started in my left leg. I knew that my shoes needed replaced I just couldn't seem to slow down. I got the new shoes and after a couple weeks of taking it easier I was able to walk the whole five k in a pretty decent time. However the leg pain came back and after some people asking me to go have it looked at I am stuck on the sidelines for a week to see if it heals or not. I can do some light yoga and upper body but nothing that moves my leg and foot up and down. Very sad and I miss the gym I already feel tired and just want that boost back. Counting down the days till Friday and trying to be super good at eating while I wait this out. I bought a balance ball this weekend and did a 20 min yoga sequence on it but that has been it.
