My new strength training

When I worked we had a fitness center. The physical trainer there didn't really challenge me and I became weaker. Now that I'm retired my retired friends encouraged me to to join their fitness club. It is called active age and their focus is on functional strength. Most of the members are a litle bit older than the usual people at a club. I signed up for a fitness class three times a week. The classes are very small, rarely more than five people, so it is almost like ahaving a physical trainer. It is great and I feel stronger every day!
