March Is Madness

I have been working and training a client and while that is a lot, i can do more. I should get my butt back on Spark and get more accountable.
My current workout:
Walk at lunch when weather permits
Treadmill every morning 30 minutes (sometimes with 3lb db)
Train my client 2 x a week, lift with her
Start my Pyo DVD
Meals have been ok, not great. I have been doing eggs for breakfast or a bar. I have been trying more greens for lunch. Dinner - well that is whatever D fixes.
Yoga is going good, I like that I only have 1 class on Tuesday and every other weekend. Now I can actually take a yoga class :-)
This was from this past weekend girls weekend, headed to the hot tub.
I'm back to massages and facials, hoping to make March a gentle move into and aggressive April!
