I use facebook less, not more.
So I stick with sparks people.
I go to weight watchers once a week.
I go to over eaters anonymous once a week.
I track some in both groups' nutrition accounting.
I am now adding the self described writing that I stopped a long time ago.
In my desire to be more positive and successful, I have turned a deaf ear to the underlying negativity that lives inside my psyche.
In order to clear up the 'debris' I first have to uncover the 'dirt'. Step work is part of OA. It is time to add it in and not just attend meetings. I can do this.
I am worth the effort!
It remains a part of the human spirit to reap thoughtful self reflection, coupled with lots of action steps. And so I must. Though it looks like I write my thoughts out to you, the reader, alas, it is I who I write to. I must make me a third person in order to grasp the very essence of what is in my mind and heart.
(Deep exhale). That is my truth, that last paragraph. This is where I begin the return to healing my body, my soul.
1. Take recycling from house to pay it forward. No dumping at trash pickups when mindful recycling is best for us all.
2. Walk dog again and make sure he goes enough. Then take a solo long walk where pace and energy can increase instead of having breaks created upon the dog's needs to ease up.
3. Log food calories and points today. Support decision to choose lowest calorie items and remain in the grown fruit and vegetable categories.

6. And lastly, moderate the amount of time needed for each in the order they are prioritized here. When over planning, make essentials count first. Peace be with us all.
