So I actually fell off the wagon this weekend. First time so far this year and it wasn't terrible but didn't work out once. Was bad yesterday too, ate better but didn't workout. I'm going tonight though and I've done good about eating today. Also going grocery shopping tonight to restock on good foods. Because I am out! Still down about 20lbs and would like to lose the 2lbs I gained back by friday. Hoping to be down 30-35 by the end of next month. Big goal is to be down 40lbs by June 30th. I think it's possible just gotta keep on track and push forward!
